Jyotish Dev adhere the rue of privacy strictly. Any information provided through the website remain private & not shared with any 3rd part in any manner.

We gather Your Personal Information whenever you create an account on Jyotish Dev, fill out a form, or subscribe to any of the services that we offer. Additionally, if you choose to log into Jyotish Dev using credentials from a social networking platform, such Google account, we will request your permission to access certain basic information from that account, which typically includes your name and email address.

It is important to note that you have the option to halt the sharing of that information with us at any point by simply revoking Jyotish Dev.’s access to your social media account. This provides you with greater control over your Personal Information and how it is used.

The visitor do need to request an appointment to talk with the Astrologer, on response to which a mail and WhatsApp message will be forward to the costumer. Where our main executive will schedule a slot with the Astrologer in a mean time. The provided appointment held both Offline and Online.

Devotees can attend the Puja carried by us for their wellness either online or offline. However, few specific puja involves physical presence of the devotee, where devotee need to present and take participation in the puja.

We usually use payment gateways to receive payment from customers. Payment received towards any product or service is non-refundable

Any product or service purchased is non-refundable under any circumstances as we are accepting monetary services as charity. No monetary refunds will be given for any reason.
